Target proposals to critical projects supported by the resource agencies.

  • Consultations on grant proposal development

  • Packaging of related projects where appropriate

Objective 3:

Facilitate higher quality designs at lower cost.

  • Work Program template for each project for consistency

  • Review of consultants and contractors

  • Identify design standards recommended by agencies

  • Grouping of projects to facilitate engineering review

Develop a countywide watershed restoration monitoring program geared toward future project identification needs.
